Shipping & Handling

Processing time: After receiving payment, orders that are fulfilled by suppliers are immediately sent so that processing can begin. All products are made to order and can take on average of 1-7 business to process.

Handmade Processing:  The process of creating your custom products will begin when the payment is received. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive shipment notice as some supplies may need to be ordered.

Shipping time:  After processing is complete, shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. 

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time.  Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
